Bloggers from across North and South Carolina met at the Grapefull Sisters Vineyard in Tabor City, North Carolina for the first meet & greet of 2017 for Carolina Blogging. Wine tasting, conversations with like-minded bloggers, food and a guest speaker are just some of the highlights to recap meet & greets of 2016 and our successful event at the Grapefull Sisters Vineyard.
WILMINGTON, N.C. – Cape Fear Museum has been awarded a $4,000 grant from International Paper’s Riegelwood Mill and the International Paper Foundation. Funds will be used to create a “Trees and Me” community event and to purchase a new full-dome digital film.

Some items do not relate to the Museum’s mission of collecting objects related to the history, science or cultures of the Lower Cape Fear region, while others are duplicates in poor condition.
